Pan-European sports broadcaster Eurosport has acquired rights in the Nordic region for the 2014 ATP Stockholm Open men’s tennis tournament.
Eurosport will provide live coverage in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, reaching about six million households.
Live coverage will also be available on Eurosport Player, Eurosport’s dedicated online simulcast service.
Eurosport struck the agreement with the IEC in Sports agency.
The tournament will begin on October 11 and will conclude on October 19, with the final being co-broadcast by SBS-Discovery’s Kanal 9 channel.
The event will feature players such as Tomas Berdych, Gael Monfils, Grigor Dimitrov and Fernando Verdasco.
