The Fight Sports pay-television channel will launch in Sweden and Finland after media company CSI Sports, the owner of the channel, agreed a carriage deal with telecommunications company TeliaSonera.
Fight Sports launched in December 2012 and offers boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and martial arts content. It has been expanding its global presence and currently has platforms in around 20 countries.
In addition to the Swedish and Finnish launches, the Dagens Media website said Fight Sports is targeting further markets in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
