Pay-television channel Fight Sports has secured the rights to Floyd Mayweather Jr’s upcoming fight against Andre Berto in multiple territories across Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
Pound-for-pound boxing superstar Mayweather will defend his WBC and WBA welterweight titles against Haiti’s Berto on Saturday in Las Vegas, in what the undefeated American claims will be his final professional bout.
CSI Sports-owned Fight Sports will show the fight in more than 35 countries in multiple languages including Spain, Italy, Singapore, Indonesia and India.
Fight Sports has shown every Mayweather bout over the past eight years since his points win over Oscar De La Hoya in 2007, including May’s record-grossing victory over long-time rival Manny Pacquiao.
