International pay-television sports broadcaster Fox Sports will launch a new channel on Dutch cable-television provider KPN this July, according to the Totaal TV news website.
The channel, Fox Sports International 6, is already available online and via the Fox Sports Go mobile application.
The channel will be used during Fox Sports’ coverage of the 2014 Wimbledon tennis championships, the report said.
The website added that other pay-television operators had refused to confirm carriage deals for the channel.
KPN already carries the Fox Sports Eredivisie and Fox Sports International pay-television channels.
