GAA extends RTÉ and TG4 rights deals, signs expanded agreement with BBC

The Gaelic Athletic Association has renewed domestic media rights deals with Irish public-service broadcaster RTÉ and Irish-language broadcaster TG4, while also signing a new, expanded agreement with UK public-service broadcaster the BBC.

The new deals, which will cover the five years from 2023 to 2027, were announced after it emerged yesterday (Tuesday) that pay-television broadcaster Sky would be ending its relationship with the GAA.
