French digital-terrestrial television channel L'Équipe 21 has acquired rights to Serie B, the second tier of Italian club football.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the mediasportif.fr website said L'Équipe 21 will commence broadcasting Serie B games from the beginning of December.
The agreement represents L'Équipe 21’s latest rights purchase after it this week agreed a deal for events hosted by the International Biathlon Union.
