The Canadian arm of pay-television broadcaster beIN Sports has acquired rights to the National Basketball League of Canada club competition.
The deal will run for three years, from the 2014-15 season through the 2016-17 campaign.
BeIN Sports Canada will televise games in prime time slots on each Thursday and Saturday of the NBL season.
BeIN Sports Canada will also broadcast special coverage of the playoffs and other events, including the All Star Weekend.
NBL Canada commissioner Paul Riley said: “Over our three year history we have proven that the calibre of our basketball and entertainment is worthy of being brought to the masses, and now that day is upon us.”
