EHF Marketing, the marketing arm of the European Handball Federation, has agreed a two‐year broadcast deal with Polish pay-television broadcaster NC Plus.
The agreement, brokered by the MP & Silva agency, will see NC Plus broadcast the EHF’s men’s and women’s Champions League club competitions across Poland.
EHF Marketing said top matches involving non‐Polish teams will also be broadcast from each round of the two competitions as part of the agreement with NC Plus.
The contract includes digital media rights across all platforms and devices, such as television, mobile and internet.
The first game under the new deal will be on Thursday as Wisla Plock play French team Montpellier in the first leg of wild card qualification.
MP & Silva was appointed by EHF Marketing in June to be its exclusive international distributor of the media rights of its top club competitions until 2017.
