The NFL has signed a partnership with virtual reality technology provider Voke to create VR highlights of the American league.
Under the deal, Voke will produce virtual-reality highlights from four games through to the end of the 2016-17 regular season.
The in-game and post-game highlights kicked off yesterday (Sunday) with the Jacksonville Jaguars v Denver Broncos game.
The remaining games covered by the deal include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers v New Orleans Saints on December 11, Houston Texans v Jacksonville Jaguars on December 18 and Dallas Cowboys v Philadelphia Eagles on January 1.
The games will be available through the Voke TrueVR platform through multiple camera angles. Voke will work alongside the league’s in-house NFL Films team to produce the highlights.
