NWSL media deal and expansion talks still ongoing

Ahead of the National Women's Soccer League's 2023 Draft, commissioner Jessica Berman addressed the ongoing media rights discussions, expansion, salary caps, and the fallout of investigations, with each of those key matters still unresolved.

Berman, who heads into her first draft as commissioner, said that the league will engage in deep conversations with potential media partners next week, including discussions with previous rightsholder CBS and parent company Paramount.
