Mediapro’s OneSoccer files regulator complaint over Rogers’ carriage stance

OneSoccer, Mediapro’s OTT sports streaming service in Canada, has filed a complaint to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), alleging that leading telco Rogers Communications has engaged in anticompetitive behavior by refusing to carry the channel on its cable lineup.

OneSoccer has claimed that Rogers is preventing the soccer platform from achieving “financial stability, which carriage on Rogers Cable would provide”.
