Punjabi broadcaster PTC has acquired rights to the third season of the World Kabaddi League.
The agreement, which comprises rights in India and overseas, was disclosed as details of the 2017 WKL were announced.
The third season of the league will run from October 24 to November 12, with the Indian cities of Jalandhar and Mohali acting as hosts.
Six teams will compete in this year’s WKL in the form of Khalsa Warriors (Toronto, Canada); Vancouver Lions (Canada); Royal Kings (USA); Punjab Tiger (Canada); United Singhs (UK) and California Eagles (USA).
