Romania’s anti-corruption authority, the DNA, is set to bring criminal charges against a subsidiary of telecommunications company RCS-RDS.
Integrasoft will be charged with bribery and money laundering offences, according to multiple reports in the country.
The charges are connected to the award of rights to Liga 1 top-tier football matches in Romania, according to the Profit.ro news website.
The DNA has seized two buildings operated by RCS-RDS as part of the investigation.
RCS-RDS, which operates Digi Sport, has the rights to Liga 1 until the middle of 2019.
