Sri Lankan state broadcaster Rupavahini and pay-television operator Dialog Television have acquired rights to the remainder of the Sri Lankan cricket team’s tour of England as part of a sublicensing deal with the Sporty Solutionz agency.
Rupavahini has secured free-to-air rights to the tour, while Dialog will broadcast matches on “various other platforms" in a deal that includes pay-television rights, Sporty Solutionz confirmed.
Sri Lanka last week concluded the third of three Test matches against England, and the two countries will tomorrow (Tuesday) play the first of five one-day international games. Sri Lanka’s tour of England will culminate in a one-off Twenty20 match on July 5.
Sporty Solutionz also distributed rights to Sri Lanka's 2014-15 tour of New Zealand.
