Spark secures three-year US Open rights deal

New Zealand-based telecoms operator Spark has secured exclusive broadcast rights to the US Open tennis tournament until 2024 as part of a three-year deal with the United States Tennis Association (USTA).

The agreement gives Spark exclusive live television and digital rights to the grand slam in New Zealand, beginning with this year’s tournament, which is due to be held in New York from August 29 to September 11.
