Chinese online television service provider PPTV has agreed a one-year broadcast rights deal with the Scottish Professional Football League.
The deal, which was brokered by the MP & Silva agency, covers the 2013-14 season of the Scottish Premiership and will be the first time Scotland’s top division is shown in China.
PPTV will enjoy exclusive broadcasting rights for more than 55 SPFL matches across all media platforms and devices, including television, mobile and online.
The SPFL joins the English Premier League, the Spanish Liga, and the Chinese Super League among PPTV’s portfolio of football content.
