The Sportsman Media Group agency has acquired global rights for the Women’s Top Volley International club volleyball tournament.
The five-year deal with event organiser Eventcourt covers 2014 to 2018 and includes this year’s competition in Basel, Switzerland from December 27-29.
Sportsman has already awarded live rights in 74 countries, including a deal with pan-European broadcaster Eurosport. The tournament will also be broadcast on Sportsman-owned international online television platform Laola.tv.
The deal includes marketing rights.
Sportsman also has marketing and media distribution rights for the European Volleyball Champions League.
