Swiss public-service broadcaster SRG SSR has extended a rights deal for club competitions operated by Uefa, football’s European governing body.
The rights cover exclusive live and highlights free-to-air coverage of the Champions League and Europa League tournaments.
The deal, which covers television and online platforms, will run for three seasons, from 2018-19 to 2020-21.
The live coverage of Champions League games will take place on Wednesday evenings, with the Europa League matches being shown on Thursday evenings.
SRG SSR will also have the right to show repeat broadcasts of Tuesday games in the Champions League.
