Pan-African pay-television operator StarTimes has agreed a two-season deal for rights to Twenty20 cricket competition the Pakistan Super League.
The contract will run across the 2017 and 2018 PSL seasons – the second and third editions of the fledgling tournament. StarTimes has acquired rights for sub-Saharan Africa.
The 2017 PSL season will run from February 9 to March 5. The majority of games will be held in the United Arab Emirates, with the tournament set to conclude in Pakistan for the first time, with the final scheduled for Lahore.
