Management services company Stealth SME has acquired a number of media and sports management groups to form Stealth Sports, a new sports agency in the US.
The initial acquisition deal includes Dutt Sports Services Incorporated, the Sloan Sports Group, LifeSports Management, Crimson Marketing Group, Envision Sports Agency, and CENERGY Marketing & Communications.
Stealth SME said the new sports agency would help clients capitalise on the opportunities created within sports, entertainment and new media.
Stealth will also use the acquisition deal to form Stealth Media House, Stealth Entertainment and Stealth Consultancy.
The four new business units will offer a mixture of marketing and media services, media distribution, media production, athlete representation, entertainment representation, event management, sponsorship activation services, licensing and consultative services.
Christopher Aden, founder and principal of Stealth SME, said: “Stealth will employ a growth strategy based on: selective acquisitions across sports, media and entertainment; organic development; and cross-platform 360 offerings.”
Stealth said it will continue to acquire additional sports, entertainment and media agencies that complement its current holdings.
