SuperSport, the pay-television broadcaster which operates in sub-Saharan Africa, has agreed a deal for live coverage of the inaugural Africa T20 Cup cricket competition.
The 16-team Twenty20 tournament organised by Cricket South Africa will feature the Zimbabwe, Kenya and Namibia national sides alongside 13 provincial South African teams.
The month-long event will run from September 4 to October 4 and act as a curtain-raiser to the domestic South African season.
SuperSport will be providing live and full coverage of 10 playing days, including the semi-finals and final.
Last week, SuperSport secured a six-year extension to its rights agreement with Cricket South Africa, running from 2015-16 to 2020-21.
