Spanish regional pay-television operator Telecable has become the latest company to agree a carriage deal for the beIN Sports LaLiga channel.
Telecable, which operates in the Asturias region of Spain, reached an agreement with the Mediapro agency, which distributes the pay-television channel in the country.
The channel offers eight matches from the top-tier Liga per match day, with at least 18 Barcelona and Real Madrid games per season being shown. The channel also provides coverage of the domestic Copa del Rey knockout competition and the Uefa Champions League and Europa League European club tournaments.
The agreement will run for three seasons, from 2016-17 to 2018-19, and follows similar deals Mediapro has struck with telecommunications companies Vodafone and Orange.
