Spanish regional public-service broadcaster Televisión Canaria has acquired rights in a sublicensing deal with the Mediapro agency for live coverage of Segunda Division A second-tier football games featuring Tenerife and Las Palmas.
The deal will run for two seasons, from 2013-14 to 2014-15.
The agreement will allow the games to be shown on a free-to-air basis by Televisión Canaria, while the matches will also be live streamed by the RTVC.es website.
Under the terms of the deal, Televisión Canaria will also broadcast highlights from the top-tier Liga.
