New Zealand public-service broadcaster TVNZ has agreed a one-season extension to its rights deal with electric car-racing series Formula E.
TVNZ will provide fully free-to-air coverage of the 2017-18 Formula E season via its TVNZ 1 and TVNZ Duke television channels, along with the TVNZ OnDemand service.
The first two rounds of Formula E’s fourth season take place in Hong Kong on December 2-3 and will air on TVNZ 1 and Duke. Racing will continue in prime time and daytime slots on Duke. TVNZ OnDemand will live stream races and also host additional highlights and content.
