European football’s governing body Uefa has announced that new broadcast rights deals have been agreed in the United States, Latin America and Turkey for the qualification competitions to Euro 2016 and the 2018 Fifa World Cup.
The Fox Sports division of US network Fox and Turkish agency Saran Media have been granted exclusive rights to all matches.
Satellite television platforms Sky Mexico and DirecTV have acquired the exclusive media rights to all matches across Latin America, with the exception of the Brazilian market. Pay-television broadcaster Globosat holds the rights in Brazil.
Fox Sports, Saran Media, Sky Mexico and DirecTV agreed their deals with the CAA Eleven agency.
CAA Eleven is selling the global rights for the matches under a deal agreed by the agency last year with Uefa.
