Indian digital media company Veqta has acquired rights for the English Football League Cup tournament.
Veqta will provide live coverage of eight matches on an OTT basis in the early hours of tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday morning.
The exclusive deal covers all quarter-finals, as well as the semi-finals and final.
The coverage will be available via the Veqta.in website and the Veqta Sports Android application.
According to Veqta, it will be the first time that such a prominent football competition will be shown via OTT rather than television in India.
