Wanda Sports Q3 revenues down 42 per cent but net profit reported

Wanda Sports Group, the owner of the Infront agency, among other interests in sport, has reported a 42-per-cent drop in third-quarter revenues, primarily due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic coupled with the cyclicality effect of major events held in 2019.

The quarterly revenues to September 30 fell to €91.2m ($107m) as the Spectator Sports and Digital, Production and Sports Solutions (DPSS) units were particularly hit.
