US cable-television broadcaster WealthTV has acquired rights for the Prizefighter ‘Welterweights III’ boxing event tomorrow (Saturday).
WealthTV will provide live coverage of all of the eliminator bouts and the final on television and online via its own website.
The broadcaster agreed the one-event deal with UK promoter Matchroom, which created the format in 2008.
WealthTV’s coverage will be carried by more than 100 cable-television operators across the US.
Saturday’s event will take place in Wolverhampton in the UK.
