Uefa, European football’s governing body, is thought to be close to a deal with telco PCCW for Euro 2020 rights in Hong Kong. It would represent the rekindling of an old relationship: PCCW acquired rights for Euro 2008 and Euro 2012 before being outbid by the MP & Silva agency for Euro 2016.
