US-based mixed martial arts promotion Bellator has secured an exclusive broadcast deal in Ireland with pay-television broadcaster Virgin Media Television. The agreement covers all of the promotion’s live events in 2021, commencing on April 2 with Bellator 225.
The deal sees Northern Irish bantamweight star James Gallagher featuring in Bellator MMA 258 on May 7. Further announcements of bouts featuring Irish fighters are expected shortly.
