Bloomberg signs Niche sports content partnership

News services provider Bloomberg Media Distribution has entered into a partnership with media production company Niche Sport Media to distribute coverage of its sporting events.

Under the agreement, Bloomberg will distribute video content from Niche Sport Media across its multi-platform content offerings.

Bloomberg clients will receive access to Niche Sport Media’s video content portfolio, which includes more than 200 videos per month from football’s English Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup, and the Champions League and Europa League European club competitions.

Niche Sport Media also produces Football Daily, a 30-second recap of football news two to three times daily on weekdays; World Cup Daily and Euro Daily, which provides breaking news updates from the Fifa World Cup and Uefa European Championships national team tournaments; Weekly European Bulletin, which provides news from across Europe’s top leagues and spotlights African players; and archive footage of training and player highlights from key games.

Niche Sport Media joins publishers such as the Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Stat News and El Financiero as Bloomberg partners. Video content will be accessible through the Bloomberg MediaSource platform, and via a direct MRSS feed to customers.
