UK pay-television broadcaster BSkyB enhanced the sports offering on its Sky Go internet and mobile service by agreeing a carriage deal with British Eurosport, the UK arm of pan-regional broadcaster Eurosport.
This summer, British Eurosport will carry live coverage of major sporting events including French Open tennis, cycling’s Tour De France and motorsport’s Le Mans 24 hour race. All these events will now be available to Sky customers through Sky Go.
British Eurosport will join the current line-up of live sports channels available on Sky Go: Sky Sports 1, 2, 3, and 4, Sky Sports F1, Sky Sports News and ESPN.
