Uefa, European football’s governing body, has agreed deals in Georgia with Georgian Public Broadcaster and commercial broadcaster Rustavi 2, for live free-to-air rights to the Champions League, for three seasons, from 2012-13 to 2014-15.
Georgian Public Broadcaster and Rustavi 2 will both show live one match per match night. Additionally, a Tuesday night highlights programme will be shown on Georgian Public Broadcaster’s 1 Channel, while the Wednesday night highlights show will be broadcast on Rustavi 2.
The deals, brokered by the Team Marketing agency, include mobile and internet rights.
