The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), working with its adviser Sportradar, has invited bids for rights to the Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup from broadcasters in Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent, SportBusiness understands.

The invitations to tender (ITTs) for the two competitions mark the latest in the RFEF’s international rights sales process. The federation recently claimed that the value of the national and international rights to the Copa del Rey have “skyrocketed” and could reach €40m ($41.4m) per season over the next three seasons.
