UK telco BT has announced a partnership with its EE, its mobile operator subsidiary, through which EE customers will gain free access to the BT Sport pay-television channels for six months.
EE customers on consumer and small business pay-monthly handset, tablet and SIM-only plans can access the channels via the BT Sport App on smartphone or tablet.
The offer covers BT Sport 1 and 2, as well as BT Sport Europe and ESPN on BT Sport.
The BT Sport App will be free for the first six months and then available as a 30-day rolling add-on for £5 (€5.87/$4.49) per month. Customers can cancel the service at any time.
