ESPN sticks with World Masters darts for another year

UK pay-television broadcaster ESPN renewed its rights deal for the Winmau World Masters, a British Darts Organisation event, for the 2012 tournament.

ESPN will broadcast live and exclusive coverage of the event – seen as one of the sport’s majors – for the second consecutive year, following its successful coverage of the 2011 tournament.

This year’s tournament takes place in Hull, England, from October 10-14. ESPN’s live coverage will begin from October 12.
