Extreme Sports Channel, a pay-television service, has sealed a rights deal in Europe, the Middle East and Africa to show coverage of events operated by the International MMA Federation, which organises mixed martial arts contests.
The channel will show highlights of the IMMAF’s events in 2016. The exact length of the multi-event deal was not disclosed.
The IMMAF produces 10 separate one-hour shows for each of its events.
The deal with Extreme Sports Channel guarantees exposure for all IMMAF events in more than 130 countries.
