Husain Al-Musallam, president of the International Swimming Federation (Fina), has said that the federation is not promoting the sport as effectively as it should.
The Kuwaiti official told delegates at the federation’s Extraordinary General Congress that Fina should consider comprehensive reforms to improve its commercial offering and engagement with fans.
