Floorball body details World Championship coverage plans

The International Floorball Federation has confirmed that it will provide live coverage of its 2014 Men’s World Floorball Championship national team event via video-sharing website YouTube.

Games from the tournament in Gothenburg, Sweden will also be streamed live online via the International World Games Association’s Media Channel.

The federation’s Channel 1 on YouTube will show live coverage of all games at the Scandinavium Arena, while Channel 2 will show live coverage of contests staged at the Lisebergshallen venue.

The federation has also struck rights deals for live, delayed and highlights coverage in seven countries around the world. A total of 17 games will be broadcast live on television in at least six countries.
