Fox Sports Asia, the regional subsidiary of 21st Century Fox’s broadcast arm Fox Networks Group, has acquired rights for the International Motorcycling Federation’s (FIM) Endurance World Championship.
The length of the agreement, which Fox Sports Asia struck with series promoter Eurosport Events, was not disclosed.
Fox Sports Asia will allocate five broadcast segments to the 23-minute Pit Stop programme and 45-minute highlights packages of each race.
The next event on the FIM EWC calendar is the 24 Heures Motos in Le Mans, France on April 15-16.
Fox Sports Asia’s programming reaches the whole of Southeast Asia, as well as China, Japan, Polynesia and Taiwan.
