New Italian pay-television channel Fox Sports has acquired rights for the Eredivisie, the top division of football in the Netherlands.
The length of the deal was not disclosed, but coverage will begin from this Saturday.
The channel, operated by the Fox International Channels broadcast subsidiary of media company 21st Century Fox, will also show live coverage of the English Premier League and FA Cup club competitions, as well as the Spanish Liga and French Ligue 1 top football divisions.
