The RDA agency has reached an agreement to distribute rights for the Great Britain Rugby League Lions’ upcoming tour.
The Lions will return this year for Test matches against New Zealand, Tonga and Papua New Guinea. The matches will mark the first played by the Lions since 2007.
RDA also holds international rights to the top-tier English Super League and distributed rights for England’s Test series against New Zealand last year.
Car manufacturer Dacia will serve as the principal partner of the Lions team on the upcoming tour, with its logo to appear on the front of the players’ shirts.
The Lions’ tour begins with a match against Tonga on October 26, before the team takes on New Zealand on November 2 and November 9, and Papua New Guinea on November 16.
UK public broadcaster the BBC has exclusive rights in the UK to the Lions’ tour.
