The International Cricket Council has revealed that the recent Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia generated a record 6.58 billion video views across all platforms, with broadcast viewing hours on digital platforms up by 59 per cent on the 2021 tournament.

The overall video views are up 65 per cent compared to last year’s event, which was co-hosted by the United Arab Emirates and Oman. The ICC said the positive digital numbers reflect the governing body’s commitment to bringing fans closer to the event.
