UK commercial broadcaster ITV has acquired rights for the Snooker Shoot-Out event.
The deal will run for the next three editions of the event, from 2016 to 2018.
The rights will be exploited on free-to-air digital channel ITV4 following the deal between the broadcaster and the World Snooker governing body.
It marks the first time that the event will be shown on free-to-air television.
The one-frame knockout tournament returned in 2011, following a one-off staging in 1990, and the 2016 edition will run from February 12 to 14.
Wales' Michael White is set to defend his title at a venue yet to be announced.
