The Kombat Sport pay-television channel has agreed a deal with the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) to broadcast highlights of the inaugural Mixed Martial Arts World Championships in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.
The first-ever Mixed Martial Arts World Championships conclude on Saturday at the UFC Fan Expo inside the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Kombat Sport will broadcast two shows, both two hours in duration, produced by Giant TV, producers of the British MMA event, BAMMA.
The inaugural IMMAF World Championships features 140 amateur fighters representing over 25 countries. Earlier this year, the IMMAF appointed the Broadreach Media agency in a three-year, exclusive deal to market the federation’s media rights internationally.
