Mediapro, the broadcast production group and rights agency, has detailed plans to open new virtual production studios in Barcelona, Madrid, New York and Miami.
The four centres will open in 2023 and 2024, with the first to be based in Barcelona and New York. Mediapro is planning on investing €3.5m ($3.8m) in the Barcelona facility, which will be located in the Imagina production centre.
