Polish pay-television broadcaster NC Plus has agreed a three-year deal for the exclusive rights to the Uefa Champions League from the 2015-16 to 2017-18 seasons of the European club football competition.
The contract has been agreed following a tender process launched in March by the Team Marketing agency, which is handling Champions League rights sales on behalf of Uefa, European football’s governing body.
Under the terms of the deal, NC Plus said it will provide Champions League games featuring Polish clubs on a free-to-air channel, should a team reach the group stages of the competition.
The Champions League final will also be available on free-to-air television across the duration of the contract.
