Greek pay-television broadcaster Nova has acquired rights to the Basketball Champions League European club tournament.
The exclusive three-year deal will cover the 2016-17 to 2018-19 seasons of the newly-launched tournament.
The Basketball Champions League is a joint venture established by Fiba, the sport’s global governing body, and the top 10 domestic leagues in Europe.
The group stage of the inaugural season gets underway tomorrow (Tuesday), with Greek teams AEK Athens, Aris and PAOK set to compete.
Last week, Nova agreed a three-season extension to its rights deal for the rival Euroleague competition.
