Polish pay-television operator Polsat has extended its rights deal for the ATP World Tour, the leading global men’s professional tennis circuit, through 2016.
Over the next three years, Polsat will broadcast the nine Masters 1000 tournaments in Indian Wells, Miami, Monte-Carlo, Madrid, Rome, Montreal, Cincinnati, Shanghai and Paris, along with the season-ending World Tour Finals.
Polsat will also broadcast the 11 ATP 500 tournaments played in Rotterdam, Rio de Janeiro, Acapulco, Dubai, Barcelona, Hamburg, Washington, Beijing, Tokyo, Basel and Valencia.
Polsat Sport will feature all games involving Polish players Jerzy Janowicz, Łukasz Kubot and Michal Przysiężny. Janowicz is a rising star on the World Tour and is currently placed No.21 in the ATP singles rankings.
