German commercial broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 has acquired rights to the Copa América Centenario, the special edition of the national team football tournament which is being hosted by the United States next month.
Under the agreement, Kabel Eins will broadcast 12 games from the opening rounds of the competition. Sat.1 will then take over with coverage of seven games from the quarter final stage onwards.
All 32 games will be streamed live via the Ran.de platform.
The centenary edition of the Copa América will take place from June 3-26.
